Speaking at the official opening in Kumasi, he added that this move is in line with our desire to improve customer experience for our subscribers with our brands. The office is more customer friendly and equipped with the Qmatic software that manages customer flow subsequently reducing total waiting time at this office.

Customers will be able to get services including payment of subscriptions, package upgrades and downgrades, decoder diagnostics, customer care support, software upgrades, replacement of faulty decoders, consumer education (self-help service techniques), installation services and purchase of accessories among others at the new Kumasi Office.

Currently there are MultiChoice Ghana offices in Tamale, Tema, Takoradi, Kumasi and Accra with over 300 dealers, agents and installers spread all over the country.

Performing the official opening, Amakomhene, Nana Adu Poku Mensah who represented the Asantehene commended MultiChoice Ghana for the recent price reductions which have allowed more homes to access the great shows on DStv and GOtv. The Regional Director, National Communications Authority Gabriel Coffie, in a congratulatory message reiterated GOtv’s pioneering role in the digital migration effort.

Mr. Sunkwa Mills explained, “This office will offer more convenience to our customers in the Ashanti Region. At MultiChoice, we value feedback and we constantly strive to shape our business to respond to customer demands.
