Two books on the true Christian life and hope were launched in Accra with the mission of teaching and enlightening Christians in Ghana and other parts of the world.

Titled ‘It Is Well’ and ‘Keep the Fire Burning,’ the books entreat the youth to churn the flashy worldly things and embrace God’s principles and uphold strict Christian values which will offer them salvation. The books are written by Prophet Joshua Aubin, Head Pastor of the Accra-based Power Victory Grace Chapel.

Reviewing the books, Pastor Akwasi Baafi Wiafe said “These books will make an impact on a lot of people.” Pastor Wiafe added that “the revelation in the books is deep and the wisdom in the books will keep you alive.” He said “the insight in the books is powerful.” He noted that the books are easy to read because the language used for them is basic and simple, thus enabling readers to understand their contents.

After dedicating the books, Rev. Eric Xexemeku said the books would be blessings to readers, adding that “when someone is on the brink, the books will give them hope.” Rev. Xexemeku said “we pray that the books will touch the lives of many people in the four corners of the world. The books will be magnetic pull to all people.”

In a post-launch interview, the Prophet stated: “I wrote these two books because, first of all, ‘It Is Well’ seeks to create the passion and hope in people so that they will know that they are defined more by what is in them and where they are going. So that no matter the circumstances in their lived, it is well with them. And ‘Keep the Fire Burning,’ you know in our generation, in our time now, there are so many ungodly things, so many ungodly trends that sway people’s attention. So many glittering things are attractive, especially to the young people.”

He continued: “It is essential that, particularly for those who are Christians and believe in God, to keep the fire burning because as we go along and as the years go by, things will get even more evil and things that our fathers couldn’t think of, our children will begin to do. So we need to be on fire for God and remain conscious of whom we are.”

The man of God observed that the target audience of the books is all Christians, particularly the youth. “It will empower them on the Christian walk and on the Christian journey. Also, the thing with ‘It is well’ is that it gives a sense of hope for those who believe in God to know that their circumstances can change by a higher power in the form of God,” he said.
