VP Opoku-Agyemang leads gov't, NDC officials to visit homes of 8 who perished in GAF Z9 crash

Vice President Naana Jane Opoku-Agyemang has led a team of senior government officials, national executives of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), and the Military High Command to formally inform the families of the eight individuals who lost their lives in helicopter crash earlier today.
The Vice President visited the homes of Alhaji Dr lbrahim Murtala Mohammed, Minister for of Environment, Science and Technology, and Alhaji Minuru Lumuna, Acting Deputy National Security Coordinator.
Chief of Staff, Julius Debrah, and NDC National Chairman Johnson Aseidu Nketia led another team to Koforidua to inform and offer condolences to the mother and family of Dr Edward Omane Boamah, Minister for Defence.
Two additional teams have been dispatched to the homes and families of the helicopter crew in Takoradi, Samuel Sarpong, NDC Vice Chairman, and Samuel Aboagye, Deputy Director General of NADMO.
This was communicated via a statement from the presidency, signed by Felix Kwakye Ofosu (MP), Spokesperson to the President & Minister, Government Communications.
