NLA dumps UTV for GTV for live draw broadcast
The National Lottery Authority (NLA) has announced a major change in the broadcast schedule and platform for its live lottery draws, effective December 1, 2025.
In a public announcement dated Friday, November 28, 2025, the Authority stated that all live NLA draws will now air on Ghana Television (GTV) as part of efforts to enhance operational excellence and efficiency.
According to management, the evening draws held from Monday to Saturday, which currently air at 7:15 p.m., will move to a new time slot at 8:00 p.m.
The revised timing aligns the broadcast to immediately follow GTV’s prime-time news bulletin.
The NLA further clarified that the Sunday Draw will remain unchanged at 6:00 p.m., while all other scheduled draws continue as usual.
The Authority encouraged the public to take note of the changes and visit its official website for additional information.
