Nationwide inspection of companies and businesses starts March 25
The Office of the Registrar of Companies will from Monday, 25 March 2024, begin a visit to all offices, business and company premises to inspect their books and registration documents.
The Office will also educate businesses on how to be complaint with the laws governing businesses and companies.
The inspection exercise according to a statement will be conducted in all regions by inspectors from the Office of the Registrar of Companies.
The Office of the Registrar of Companies is urging companies to collaborate with its inspectors for a smooth exercise.
