Darkovibes has revealed the circumstances under which his new song 0244-027 was created.

Track six on his sophomore album, BUTiFLY, it is the singer and rapper's second collaboration with singer-songwriter King Promise. 

Their first, Inna Song (Lime & Gin), was released in March 2020, a mighty hit which came after Ghana's first recorded cases of COVID 19. 

Darkovibes spoke, Friday, November 3, 2023, on Class Drive on Class 91.3 FM.

"We recorded it in my room," he told Yao Mawutor Fianu. "I was there recording, catching vibes. Promise was like he's driving around the neighbourhood so he stopped by."

When King Promise, KP, stopped by, Darkovibes continued, "he had a bottle of Hennessy, a bottle of Henny, so we started talking, started hitting [drinking] and then we started speaking our feelings on the song".

0244-027, produced by MOGBeatz, captures the singers confessing passionate love for their respective women, pleading with them to return their calls and pay them a visit.
