Burna Boy blasts sleepy fans! Nigerian star stops SOLD-OUT red rocks show over front-row snoozers”
Nigerian music sensation Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu known as Burna Boy made headlines at Red Rocks Amphitheatre in Morrison, Colorado, when he abruptly halted his sold-out 'No Sign of Weakness' North American tour opener.
The reason? Two fans caught snoozing in the front row during his high-energy performance.
Eyewitnesses report that midway through the show, Burna Boy spotted the couple dozing off and wasn't having it.
The artist demanded that the man take his girlfriend home, refusing to continue the show until they left, citing disrespect to his performance.
"Take herr home. Walahi I'm not performing another song till you go home," Burna Boy reportedly told the fan.
The viral incident has sparked mixed reactions online.
Some fans backed Burna Boy's call for respect and engagement during his shows, while others slammed his reaction to paying attendees catching some Z's.
Burna Boy became the first African performer to headline and sell out Red Rocks Amphitheatre, drawing a crowd of 9,525 fans to the iconic venue.
