COVID-19 fight: Zionfelix lauds Akufo-Addo

Ghanaian blogger, Zionfelix has commended President Akufo-Addo on his fight against the deadly COVID-19 in the country.

Ghana’s two first cases of COVID-19 was confirmed on Friday, 13 March 2020.

The number has shored up to 8,297 with 2,986 recoveries and 38 deaths.

Speaking in an interview with Nana Kwesi Asare on the Big Show on Class91.3FM, Saturday, 30 May 2020, Zionfelix whose real name is Felix Adomako said: “The President has done so well, he has done very well. I was talking to Mzbel [a critique of the government] and she agreed that the President has done tremendously well and so who am I?”

He added: “You remembered I posted something concerning Covid-19 about a certain lady? The stress I went through on that post tells you that they [government] are serious with the virus. The BNI called me, and national security called me, even the Minister of Defense himself also called me, this tells you that they have taken the Covid-19 world cup.

“They took me to Burma camp seized my phone for a day, said they are conducting an investigation on my phone so his Excellency the president has really done a lot about the COVID-19.”
