Comic Nasty Blaq inks int’l collabo with Run Fashion
Nigerian Nasty Blaq has added to his achievements.
The star comic has inked a first-of-a-kind international collaboration with Emirati fashion brand Run Fashion.
A new collection inspired by Nasty Blaq: jackets, joggers, tee-shirts, all taking full advantage of the amazing spread of colors in Africa, with some items utilizing local fabric like adire and other print, is out and available with Run Fashion.
He announced the big news to his 2.9 million Instagram followers today, Friday, November 11, 2022.
Attaching a video in which he and others model beautiful fashion articles (with an African influence) from Run Fashion, he said: “I’m excited to announce my collaboration with @Runisfashion (Dubai, UAE) as Brand Ambassador and also, the launch of our first fashion collection.”
“It’s always been my dream to crossover my comedy from social media to influencing for brands with relatable products. I love fashion so this collabo is a dream come true,” Mr Blaq noted.
And the amazing part is, we’re still keeping the African vibe in the collection with adire and other local print. It’s young, urban, stylish, and authentically African,” he touted.
Spreading its vibrant presence across the world, Run Fashion is headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE).
With over four million followers on digital platforms, Nasty Blaq is one of the biggest content creators and tastemakers in Africa.
He’s done brand ambassadorial deals with OctaFX, 1XBET, Betwinner, Sendwave, Sneaker Planet, Yinka Wears and more.
