GTA joins Buzstop Boys in Nationalism Park clean-up drive
Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Tourism Authority (GTA), Gilbert Abeiku Aggrey, popularly known as Abeiku Santana, participated in a clean-up exercise at Nationalism Park alongside the Buzstop Boys, a youth-led environmental group.
The initiative, held under the leadership of H.E. John Dramani Mahama and guided by GTA CEO Maame Efua Houadjeto, aimed to emphasise the importance of preserving Ghana's tourism sites and national attractions.
During the event, Abeiku Santana highlighted the collective responsibility of maintaining the country's tourism assets.
He commended the Buzstop Boys for their dedication to environmental stewardship, stating that their efforts serve as an inspiration for national responsibility and community action.
The clean-up at the Nationalism Park in the Greater Accra Region reminds us of the crucial role that cleanliness and maintenance play in promoting tourism and preserving national heritage.
