I’m retired – Amandzeba

Singer Amandzeba Nat Brew has said he is retired.
He made the revelation on the stage of the 2024 Ghana Music Awards, sponsored by Telecel Ghana, Saturday, June 1.
DJ Black asked about the legendary Highlife act releasing a new hit.
“Why do you want to bring me out of retirement?” Amanzeba responded, emphasising: “I’m retired.”
Amandzeba serves as the Board Chairman of the 25-year-old Ghana Music Awards, organised by Charterhouse.
Meanwhile, the Board of the TGMAs holds the biggest voting power for the scheme, 40 per cent, while the Academy and General Public share 30 per cent each.
