It’s your responsibility to satisfy your husband in bed – Selina Boateng tells wives; says sex heals
Gospel musician Selina Boateng has advised married women to have more sex with their husbands because it is healthy and part of their responsibilities in marriage.
Speaking to Nana Romeo on Accra100.5FM’s mid-morning show ‘Ayekoo Ayekoo’ on 27 May 2021, the ‘Minku Meho’ hitmaker said: “When you get married, even if you don’t like sex, you must satisfy your husband".
"Unlike when you were single, when you had a choice either to do it or not, once you get married, it becomes a responsibility.”
"Apart from satisfying your husband sexually, you have to cook for him and make him feel comfortable,” she added.
She further indicated that "sex heals", adding: "when you have sex, you feel very healthy”.
The gospel musician further noted that medical practitioners often advise that sex helps the healing process of individuals in some instances.
Recounting her personal experience, the award-winning gospel singer who got married in 2019, told Nana Romeo that she was once advised to “quickly get married and have sex when she fell ill” and went to the hospital for treatment.
Selina Boateng has hit songs such as ‘Medofo Pa’, ‘Minku Meho’, ‘Alpha and Omega’, ‘Eda Papa’, ‘Wobeye Nhyira’ among others to her credit.
