Kofi Kinaata's songs would make fantastic theatre productions – Nutakor
Kofi Kinaata’s music would make an interest theatre production, Francis Tetteh Nutakor has said.
The theatre consultant, producer and director, popularly called Oxygyn, spoke on the Class Morning Show on Class 91.3 FM, during the entertainment block.
“I’d be glad to work on something with Kofi Kinaata,” Nutakor said.
He revealed his reason to host Prince Benjamin (PB).
“His songs are inspiring, and they have themes you can work with. When you listen to the songs, they have themes you can work it. It’s either I can do a play with one of his songs or combined all [his] songs,” Nutakor explained.
He proclaimed: “Kofi Kinaata, I want to do a play for you.”

In November 2023, Nutakor showcased his recent hit dubbed KAVOD, Greek for ‘glory’ or ‘heavy weight’. He was enlisted by star singer-songwriter, sound engineer, and multi-instrumentalist Nacee to tell his story and uphill battle to success.
In the audience were the Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Asiedu Nketia; the former MP for Awutu Senya West, Gizella Tetteh-Agbotui, music stars Sonnie Badu, and Empress Gifty, and media star and fashion entrepreneur Kofi Okyere Darko (KOD) – the MC.
