Lil Win commends education minister for creative arts school
Popular actor and musician, Kwadwo Nkansah has commended the minister of education; Dr Yaw Osei Adutwum for the huge investments made in the creative arts sector.
The actor popularly known as Lil Win is also the founder of the Great Minds International School in the Ashanti Region.
The actor made the commendation when he called on the minister on November 10, 2022.
According to him, the huge investments made in the creative arts sector, especially through the construction of the Creative Arts High School located in Kwadaso are commendable.
He also noted that investing in the Creative Arts industry is key to equipping students with job skills.
He further appreciated the Ministry's efforts in changing the face of Creative Arts in Ghana through the construction of 20 Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) Centres across the country.
The minister also discussed possibilities for future collaborations to make Creative Arts enjoyable to students at the Basic and Junior High School levels who desire to sharpen their talents and skills needed to excel in the Creative Arts industry.
The minister again applauded the actor on how he is augmenting the government’s efforts in making education accessible and affordable to all in his community.
“Government is committed to exploring partnerships to help create an enabling environment for our learners to pursue Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) Education for the Ghanaian child,” he announced
