Lumba is alive and kicking – PRO
The camp of arguably the best highlife musician in Ghana, Charles Kwadwo Fosu, aka Lumba has denied the demise of the veteran musician.
Philip Appiah Kubi, popularly called Roman Fada, the Public Relations Officer (PRO), of Daddy Lumba, has categorically stated that the latter is alive and kicking contrary to reports that he’s dead.
In recent times, there has been a lot of speculations about Lumba’s death.
Rumours have been circulating on social media since Saturday 11 January, 2020 that the ace musician had passed away at an unknown hospital in Accra after a short illness.
Speaking with Beatwaves, Lumba’s P.R.O said, “I would like to categorically deny this rumour and tell Daddy Lumba’s teeming fans and friends alike that he is doing well. Daddy Lumba is alive and kicking”.
According to him, Lumba “has not finished with his assignment on earth” urging rumour mongers to desist from peddling falsehood.
