Marriage is life-altering, choose a partner wisely – Grace Osei (Irene Logan) gushes over husband

Irene Logan is married, and, it would appear, she will not recover from the joy and meaning of the rite anytime soon, if at all.
The star singer, 40, tied the knot with Prince Osei on Friday, April 19, 2024, at The Lord’s Garden Ministries, La Trade Fair, Accra, according to an October 7 Graphic Showbiz interview.
Following her marriage, the former Highlife act has rebranded to Grace Osei, utilising her unknown middle name and her husband's last name.
"I was born Irene Elizabeth Grace Logan. My entire life story and journey has been a journey of faith and grace. Nothing else made more sense than to fully embrace that name. For me, Grace is a strong statement and a personal declaration of faith."
According to Grace Osei, "getting married has been such a blessing" even enhancing her creativity.
"God blessed me with a very supportive husband who invests in me emotionally, financially and spiritually. Having a partner who is on your side makes everything so much easier. I feel protected and loved, and I’m able to create in a more relaxed headspace," she remarked.
The singer who has eschewed secular for sacred music, also, warned marriage was not a light decision, advocating the careful choosing of a partner.
“Yes! Marriage has transformed my life in a way I cannot adequately explain. It is a sacred union which is both spiritual and physical. Agreeing to intertwine your life with someone else in such a powerful way is life-altering. If he’s a good man, you’re blessed, but if he’s not, you’re in big trouble. Luckily for me, my husband is a good man,” she said.

Since turning to Gospel, the singer has released More, under Irene Logan, while her latest, El Arukah (God the Healer and Restorer), was released under Grace Osei.
On the matter of being intertwined, Grace Osei underlined she and her husband have complementary callings.
"My husband and I minister together all the time. He is a solid teacher of the word of God and we are both ministers of the gospel. So, yes, sometimes, we minister together. I sing and he preaches. Christ is our foundation," she said.
