Musicians Medikal and Eazzy have confirmed they are an item, welcoming their first child.

Friday, October 17, 2025, pictures went viral on social media of the rappers embracing, with Eazzy showing a baby bump. They looked ecstatic, Medikal in black and Eazzy in white, in one of the pictures.

These images turned out to be retrospective, as an image showing Medikal in the maternity ward and holding a baby soon followed. 

The image showed the date of birth and name of a baby boy: Space Frimpong, October 17, 2025.

The pair have generally been private with their relationship, only offering hints through music and on social media, and sending the rumour mill into a frenzy.

Medikal married actress and businesswoman Fella Makafui, with whom he has a daughter, Island Frimpong, in 2020. In 2024, they controversially parted ways. It was during this period news broke he was dating Eazzy.
