Mr Ibu looks well, hearty, at home in a Ken Erics IG video

John Okafor, alias Mr Ibu, appears to have been discharged from hospital and is home.
The revelation was made via Instagram (IG) by a Nigerian actor, Ken Erics.
Erics, in a video posted to his verified IG account (@kenerics), was seen in what looked like a hearty conversation with his senior Nollywood star.
The two were seen sitting in a large living room with a healthy-looking Mr Ibu doing much of the talking.
In fact, in one moment, Erics jumped as he laughed at something Mr Ibu said.
From the perspective of the camera, the centre table obstructing the view, one could not verify which of Mr Ibu’s legs was amputated as earlier reported by his family.

In October 2023, via an IG video, Mr Ibu, 62, was shown in a hospital bed. Revealing he was battling with a life-threatening health condition, the movie and comic star made an earnest appeal for financial assistance and for prayer.
On November 6, Mr Ibu’s family announced that one of the actor’s legs had been amputated after a series of surgeries.
While his family is yet to issue an official statement about his health and whereabouts since then, Ken Erics’ video from Sunday, January 21, 2024, is a refreshing update.
In the comments, Ghanaian movie star Gloria Sarfo wrote, "God is good [thumb-up emoji] Bless you both superstars [praise, stars and heart emojis]."
Nigerian movie star Ebele Okaro wrote: 'To God be the glory [applause emojis]."
