Okraku Mantey is 'awfully silent' – Kelvynboy wonders what Dep MoTAC Min is doing in his office
Kelvynboy has wondered where the Deputy Minister for Tourism, Arts and Culture is and what he is up to.
The Vero hitmaker is concerned because, in his view, it is odd for "an outspoken" figure as Mr Mark Okraku Mantey to be "awfully silent".
Kelvynboy took to his X (Twitter), Wednesday, September 27, 2023, with these thoughts. He wrote in a mixture of English and Pidgin.
"Okay so now to Creative Arts. Where [is] Mark Okraku Mantey? Since he became Deputy Minister for our space, he's grown awfully silent. For an outspoken, extrovert like Mark, I'm a bit suprised. What really dey go on?" Kelvin Brown, alias Kelvynboy wrote.
