S3fa: “I prefer singing about money and soft life over love and heartbreak”
Ghanaian singer S3fa has opened up about the inspiration behind her music, revealing that she prefers to sing about wealth, abundance and a soft life rather than the usual themes of love and heartbreak.
Speaking in an interview on Daybreak Hitz, the “E Choke” hitmaker explained that while many artists sing about love and heartbreak, she gravitates toward songs that reflect prosperity and peace of mind.
“A lot of people love to sing about love and heartbreak and all that,” she said.
“But for me, I like to sing about things that can manifest in my life.
I like soft life, I like money, I like abundance — I like things that put my mind at ease.”
According to S3fa, the process of creating music for her largely depends on the vibe in the studio and the type of beat she is working with.
She noted that when the energy is right and the production aligns with her mood.
The songstress, however, clarified that she is not limited to one subject matter.
She acknowledged that she also has songs that explore love and heartbreak, but admitted that, more often than not, her music reflects an abundance mindset.
“Most times, I realise my songs gravitate towards abundance,” she added. “But I try so hard to do everything.”
