Triple M's Shegah releases 'Cool Chop'
A founding member of the first female hiplife group in Ghana Triple M, has released a new song.
Mildred Mark Hansen, professionally known as Shegah, has released a song titled 'Cool Chop', independent of Triple M.
After the breakup of Triple M, Shegah embarked on her solo career, working with many popular artistes including, Praye, Tony Harmony, Castro, Mzbel, Reggie Zippy, Yaa Pono among others.
Her last project featured Samini and Jupiter; 'Murder'.
In an exclusive interview with Class News' Prince Benjamin (PB) she disclosed that the inspiration behind her latest 'Cool Chop' is "the passion I have for my work, God and the principle of not giving up.
"I believe that everything happens for a reason but that does not mean you should give up on the things you love doing and for me, [it's] music [and I'm] back to take [my] rightful place in the industry.”
