UBA Ghana invests US$100,000 in creative arts industry
United Bank for Africa (UBA) Ghana has presented a sum of US$100,000 as an investment into the creative arts industry.
The deputy minister-designate for Tourism, Arts and Culture, Mark Okraku-Mantey disclosed this on social media on Tuesday, 25 May 2021.
He noted that the investment was channeled through a new web series titled, 'Public Figure'.

The 13-episode web series set in Ghana,was premiered on UBA's lifestyle and entertainment channel, Red TV via YouTube on 19 May 2021.
The 'Public Figure' series narrates the story of Wonder, a charming young lady, who quits the corporate life under pressure from a sexual pervert of a boss to pitch herself up to be in the celebrity space.
It unravels a story of love, politics, power play and the celebrity life and its mystery.
The web series stars Ghanaian actors Van Vicker, Naa Ashorkor Mensah-Doku, Aaron Adatsi and Dela Seade among others
