Homowo: McDan Group donates to Teshie traditional leaders
Dr. Daniel McKorley, Chief Executive Officer of McDan Group, made a significant donation of food items and cash to the traditional leadership of Teshie in honour of the Homowo Festival in the Greater Accra Region.
The donation, which took place on Monday, 19 August 2024.
Leading the delegation on behalf of Dr. McKorley was Mr. Bernard Korley, a proud son of the Teshie community.
Mr. Korley expressed his pride in Dr. McKorley’s benevolence and took the opportunity to call for peace and unity among the traditional leaders.
He emphasized the importance of leadership actions that foster growth and greatness within the community.
During the presentation, Mr. Korley also highlighted several interventions spearheaded by Dr. McKorley aimed at strengthening the Gadangme region and uplifting its people.
He urged the community’s leaders to continue working together to ensure that their actions contribute to the region's development and prosperity.
