Learn to love and take care of yourself more in 2020

Cut negativity out of your life in 2020.
Cut off, toxic people. Don’t let them drain the energy out of your life. Don’t let selfish and manipulative people affect you. Don’t let them take advantage of your kindness. Don’t let people who don’t deserve a second of your time make you feel bad about yourself. Don’t put up with their negativity and immaturity.
Let go of fake relationships.
Don’t fool yourself into thinking that letting go of someone who hurts you is a weakness. You need to cut off people who hurt you intentionally, deliberately. Letting go of such people is a sign of maturity, a sign of self-respect. In 2020, don’t waste your time on fake relationships and people who are not good for you. Distance yourself from people who do not think twice before hurting you and you will have a happy 2020.
In 2020, commit to relationships that bring you peace, fulfillment, and happiness.
Focus on things and people that bring you joy and excitement. Spend time with these people instead of wasting your time worrying about stuff that does not even concern you. Devote yourself to things that you are passionate about.
Take care of your health.
Eat good food. Exercise. Pay attention to your health. And when you are going through a rough patch, do not keep your emotions bottled up. Talk to those who love you, those who you hold dear. Ask for advice. And above all, put your happiness first.
Learn to practice self-care and self-love.
Learn to treat yourself with kindness and love, dignity and respect, patience and compassion. Learn to accept you for who you are and to love you for the person you are. Embrace all of you, not just the good parts. Learn to accept your annoying habits, your whims, and insecurities.
Step out of your comfort zone.
Venture into the unknown. Do things that scare you. Make memories. Broaden your horizons. Go places. Meet people. Live.
Appreciate those who genuinely care about you.
Appreciate those who have been with you through thick and thin. People who believed in you when you yourself did not. People who love you at your worst. People who make your life more fulfilling and happier. People who value you. People who see your worth. People who never hurt you. People who never break your heart.
