In a heartwarming display of community engagement and spiritual commitment, the Member of Parliament for Madina Constituency, Mr Francis Xavier Sosu, embarked on a church visitation tour during the Easter holidays. 

The MP's visits aimed to strengthen bonds with his constituents and spread the message of hope and love, showcasing his dedication to both his parliamentary duties and his faith.

MP Sosu's visitation tour took him to several prominent churches in the constituency, including the Baptist Church, Queen of Peace Catholic Church, and the Assemblies of God Church, Madina Central Assembly. 

At each stop, the MP demonstrated his commitment to the welfare of his constituents through tangible actions. 

He donated essential items to the churches, reinforcing his support for their activities and community programmes.

Notably, MP Sosu pledged to sponsor the Church of Pentecost for the next three years by providing canopies for their Easter conventions. 

This gesture not only highlights his commitment to the spiritual growth of his constituents but also his willingness to contribute to the logistical needs of the church.

Beyond the donations and pledges, MP Sosu's visit was marked by active participation in community activities. 

He joined church members for picnics, creating opportunities for fellowship and dialogue. 

These interactions underscore the MP's belief in the importance of community engagement and his desire to be accessible to his constituents.

A significant highlight of the MP's visit was the health outreach programme set up by his office. 

The initiative provided free medical screening, medication, and prescriptions to church members, addressing a critical need within the community. 

The health outreach programme is a testament of MP Sosu's commitment to holistic community development, encompassing both spiritual and physical well-being.

At the Queen of Peace Catholic Church, MP Sosu showcased a lighter side of his personality by participating in a fun-filled lime on spoon race with the Reverend Father. 

This moment of levity not only brought smiles to the faces of the congregation but also humanised the MP, highlighting his approachability and willingness to engage in communal activities.

The MP's commitment to spiritual growth and community support was further demonstrated through his donation to the Charismatic Evangelistic Ministry (CEM) headed by Rev. Steve Mensah. 

This act of generosity underscores MP Sosu's belief in the power of collaboration and support for ministries that share his vision for spiritual awakening and community development.

In a groundbreaking announcement, MP Sosu revealed plans to launch the "Jesus Christ Campaign," a missionary outreach program designed to train 1,000 youth to preach the gospel in hospitals, prisons, and streets. 

This initiative reflects the MP's vision for a widespread evangelism effort that targets some of the most vulnerable and underserved populations. 

By empowering youth to spread the message of hope and redemption, MP Sosu aims to touch countless souls and bring liberation to those bound by the enemy.

Through the "Jesus Christ Campaign," MP Sosu envisions a spiritual awakening that transcends the boundaries of church and community. 

He believes that by training and equipping youth with the tools of evangelism, the campaign can reach out to those who are lost and yearning for the word of God.
