#OccupyJulorbiHouse: BBC reporter, cameraman arrested

BBC reporter Thomas Naadi and his cameraman have been arrested by police in Accra, Ghana.
They were covering a demonatration by a group against the Akufo-Addo government in the national capital on Thursday, 21 September 2023.
The #OccupyJulorbiHouse (the house of a child of a thief) demonstration -- a play on the Jubilee House -- seat of the presidency, also saw a Metro TV reporter assaulted by police.
The reporter was later released but his cameraman was still in police custody.
Also, the police clashed with the protesters and arrested some of them in a chaotic scenario at the Greater Accra Regional Police Headquarters after the marchers demanded the release of some of their arrested colleagues.
