Power Distribution Services Ghana (PDS), has said that power outages experienced in some parts of the country in the early hours of Thursday, 18 April 2019, were as a result of challenges from the Ghana Grid Company (GRIDCo).
PDS noted in a statement that the outages were “due to unstable power supply from GRIDCo”.
The electricity service provider said power will be restored as soon as GRIDCo deals with the problem.
