The Zongo Development Fund (ZoDF) established by President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo to bridge the development gap in the Zongo communities under the defunct Ministry of Inner-City and Zongo Development, has been caught in a web of mismanagement of the fund.
The Fund on July 13, 2021, paid a whopping GHS16,000 as Eid Adha allowance to five external auditors.
The Fund, in a memo from the Administrator to the Chief Executive Officer with the subject: Eid Adha package for external auditors – GHS16,000.00, announced the payment.
