Bullion van robberies: Two cops involved – Police
The police has said it has made a breakthrough in investigations into multiple bullion van robberies recorded in the Greater Accra Region.
These robberies took place at Kingsway in February 2021, Baatsona (Spintex) in March 2021, Jamestown (Adedempo) in June 2021 and one attempted robbery at North Kaneshie Industrial Area in February 2022.
According to the police, investigations have established the involvement of two policemen among a number of other suspects.
In a statement, the police said investigations are continuing and they expect to bring all culpable persons to justice.
