Man captured on video threatening to behead another remanded
The Accra Circuit Court has remanded the man captured on video, threatening the life of another, Osman Brustani into Police custody.
He is expected to reappear before the court on Friday, 22 April 2022.
In a Facebook post, the Police noted that: “having put the accused person before the court in line with due process, it is now for the court to make a determination on the case.”
The accused was arraigned on Thursday, 14 April 2022.
The Ghana Police Service arrested the man, who was captured on video threatening the life of another.
The suspect was put in Police custody and arraigned.
Meanwhile, the Inspector-General of Police (IGP) on Tuesday, 12 April 2022, reached out to the victim, who seemed traumatised.
The victim, based on the instruction of the IGP will, thus, be receiving psychological support from a clinical psychologist from the Police Hospital.
The IGP also paid a visit to the victim on Wednesday, 13 April 2022.
The man, was seen in a viral video threatening to kill his victim.
