Christmas: Hawa Koomson appreciates teachers
The Member of Parliament for the Awutu Senya Constituency in the Central Region, Mavis Hawa Koomson, has donated several bags of rice, clothes, and some cash to every teacher in her constituency, as part of the Christmas festivities.
The Minister of Fisheries and Aquaculture Development was a benefactor to teachers in both public and private schools.
She distributed the items at a ceremony held in the constituency.
She explained that the items were to motivate the teachers to do more for their students in the coming year.
The minister has been doing this since she assumed entered parliament as the representative for the people of Awutu Senya East.
