Tepa SHS makes NSMQ semifinals after ‘embarrassing’ Accra Academy
At the end of the contest, Tepa SHS had 50 points, St. John's Grammar SHS garnered 35 points and Accra Academy managed 29 points.
Tepa SHS dominated the quiz right from the outset. The first rounded ended with 23 points for Tepa SHS, 17 points for Accra Academy and 13 points for St. John’s Grammar SHS.
The competition got tougher in the second round but Tepa SHS still managed to lead with 25 points followed by St. John’s Grammar SHS, 20 points; and a struggling Accra Academy, 18 points.
All the three schools had 3 points each in the third round.
By the fourth round, Tepa SHS had 44 points followed by St. John’s Grammar with 35 points with 29 points for Accra Academy.
