C/R: Man, wife and 5 children die in fire at Buduburam
A man, Robert Assan Donkor, his wife and 5 children were on Saturday, 15 January 2022 burned to death at Gomoa Buduburam in the Central Region.
The family of 7, including a 4-month baby died when fire gutted their home.
The Gomoa Buduburam Fire Service disclosed that, the fire began from the living room of the house and spread to other parts.
According to residents, they could not break into the house to rescue the family due to the severity of the fire.
Also, the entrance to the house was locked, denying them access.
Residents of the area who rushed to the scene of the fire could not help but cry as the fire razed down the building, killing the family in the process.
