Fix Madina-Adenta container-Masalachi to Lakeside road - Residents to gov’t

Residents and commuters traveling from Madina to Adenta container, passing through Masalachi to Lakeside in the Greater Accra Region, are expressing their frustration over the deplorable state of the road network.
The poor road conditions are significantly affecting the delivery of services to the community.
The road, which remains untarred, is riddled with potholes and becomes muddy during heavy rains, exacerbating the challenges faced by those who use it.
Market women at Lakeside have voiced their concerns, citing excessive exhaustion and body pains resulting from the difficult road conditions.
According to them, drivers charge exorbitant fees due to the poor nature of the road, leaving them with no choice but to pay higher amounts to transport their goods to the market.
In light of these challenges, they are urgently calling on the government to intervene and initiate road construction to improve the lives of the communities reliant on this network.
