NAM1 faces 61 charges
The prosecution team in the case in which the embattled Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Menzgold Ghana Limited, Nana Appiah Mensah, also known as NAM1, is standing trial for various offences, has indicated that it would amend its earlier charges.
NAM1, who was earlier slapped with 13 charges, is expected to face 48 additional charges in the latest amended charge sheet.
Details of the new charges are yet to be disclosed as the prosecution, together with the defence team, settled on October 23 to reappear before the court.
NAM1 recently held a press conference and appealed to the government to release all his frozen assets so that he can pay the locked-up investments of his clients.
