No cash, data lost in Sunday fire – GRA
The Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) has said no cash or cheques were destroyed in the fire that gutted its Kwame Nkrumah Circle office on the morning of Sunday, 1 December 2019.
The GRA also said it lost no data as its backups ensure the recovery of files and business continuity.
“No loss of life, cash or cheque was recorded,” the Authority said in a statement.
The relevant authorities, the GRA said, have begun investigating the cause of the fire.
