Xavier-Sosu leads demo today over bad Madina roads
The Member of Parliament (MP) for Madina, Mr Francis Xavier-Sosu, is leading a demonstration today, 25 October 2021, over deplorable roads in his constituency.
The demonstration, scheduled for Monday, 18 October 2021, was rescheduled for today.
The lawmaker and his constituents are unhappy about the deplorable nature of their roads and drains – the cause of flooding during heavy rains.
Mr Xavier-Sosu has accused the government of neglecting his constituency.
Speaking to Class News, the MP said the police has been informed ahead of the protest.
Protesters are expected to converge on Otinibi last stop and walk to Ayimensah.
