262 new COVID-19 cases raise Ghana’s caseload to 11,118
Ghana has recorded 262 new COVID-19 cases, taking the country’s total number to 11,118 as of Saturday, 13 June 2020, the Ghana Health Service has reported.
Also, the number of recoveries is now 3,979.
The death toll remains 48.
This means Ghana’s health authorities are grappling with 7,091 active cases, the majority of whom are asymptomatic.
So far, a total of 24 people are in the severe and critical conditions categories at various health facilities in Accra and Kumasi with four of them on ventilators.
