COVID-19: Active cases fall to 5,355, death toll up by 3

The number of active COVID-19 cases has fallen to 5,355, the latest figures of the Ghana Health Services as of 6 September 2021 indicate.
Some 236 new cases were confirmed within that period.
The death toll has risen to 1,087.
Of the active cases, 51 are critical and 127 severe.
Since mid-March 2020, Ghana has recorded a total of 122, 779 cases.
Out of that number, 116,337 have recovered.
