COVID-19 cases drop to 2.6K; death toll now 1,158
As of 3 October 2021, Ghana’s active COVID-19 cases had fallen to 2,696, the latest figures from the Health Service indicate.
Of that number, 43 are critical and 119 severe.
Some 82 new cases were confirmed within the period.
The death toll inched up to 1,158.
Since mid-March 2020, Ghana has recorded a total of 128,368 cases.
Of that number, 124,514 have recovered.
