COVID-19 death toll rises to 1,150, active cases keep falling
As of 24 September 2021, a total of 1,150 people have died of the COVID-19 pandemic, the latest figures from the Ghana Health Service indicate.
Within that period, some 210 new cases were confirmed.
The active caseload has dropped to 3,410.
Out of that number, 42 are critical and 120 severe.
Since mid-March 2021, a total 127,016 cases have been recorded in Ghana.
Of that number, 122,456 have recovered.
