Amakye Bare Chief files nomination for Council of State election

The Chief of Amakye Bare in the Ashanti Region, Nana Gyedu Kumanin IV, has officially filed his nomination to contest in the upcoming Council of State election.
Speaking to the media after submitting his forms at the regional office of the Electoral Commission, Nana Kumanin pledged to be a strong advocate for the development of the Ashanti Region if elected. He assured that his role on the council would focus on advising the President on key issues affecting the region.
He also highlighted youth development as a priority, stating that empowering young people would be central to his agenda.
Nana Kumanin urged voters to prioritize competence and leadership qualities over financial inducements, emphasizing the need to put national interests first in the election.
