Bryan Acheampong: “I am for power that works for the people”
Dr. Bryan Acheampong has completed his tour of all constituencies in the Eastern Region with a clear and passionate message to the grassroots of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) to choose leadership that believes power must work for the people and not the privileged few.
Addressing delegates and party faithful, Mr Bryan spoke with conviction about the true meaning of leadership.
“The strength of our party lies with the men and women who wake up each day to mobilise, sacrifice, and carry our message of hope across every village and town.
That’s who I stand for,” he said, each time to thunderous applause.
He reminded delegates that power is not a prize to be won but a duty to serve — a tool to open opportunities, build communities, create jobs, and ensure that no Ghanaian is left behind.
His call was simple but powerful, adding that power must touch lives, not titles.
Across the region, delegates spoke warmly about his humility, record, and results — from ending Ghana’s dependence on costly cocoa syndication loans, to securing better prices for farmers, expanding irrigation, and introducing reforms that directly improved livelihoods.
Mr Bryan Acheampong also underscored that unity remains the NPP’s greatest strength.
“A divided party cannot carry the people’s mandate.
Together, we can win 2028 and govern with purpose,” he told supporters.
His message of inclusion, performance, and grassroots empowerment has struck a deep chord within the party and beyond. Many believe Bryan Acheampong represents a new generation of leadership — one grounded in results, empathy, and accountability.
“Power must return to its true purpose. to serve, to uplift, and to transform lives. That is the power I stand for.” Bryan Acheampong.
