Dec. 7 polls, a must win for NDC – Alhaji Sinare

The former Vice Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Alhaji Said Sinare, has said that the party must win the upcoming general elections on Saturday, 7 December.
The former Vice Chairman was speaking at the party’s final rally held on Thursday, 5 December 2024, at Zurak Park in Madina.
Addressing supporters of the party, Alhaji Sinare emphasised the critical importance of the election for the NDC and urged members to stay resolute and vigilant as they head to the polls.
“This election is a must-win for the NDC, and we have no excuse to give Ghanaians other than to win it by hook or crook,” Alhaji Sinare said, rallying the crowd with a call for unwavering determination.
He stressed that the stakes for the party were exceptionally high, with the outcome of the election directly influencing the NDC's future.
Alhaji Sinare also accused the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) of attempting to manipulate the electoral process and urged NDC supporters to remain alert in safeguarding the integrity of the election.
“This election is for John Mahama, and we are winning it.
“I beg you in the name of Allah to police the polling stations and the collation centres because they are the key to our victory. But this wicked New Patriotic Party wants to rig the election, and so I expect every NDC member to be vigilant,” he added.
