NPP lawmakers visit Dr. Bawumia to congratulate him on flagbearership victory
A delegation of New Patriotic Party (NPP) lawmakers and officials has visited Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia to formally congratulate him on his victory in the party’s recently concluded presidential flagbearership contest.
Among those who paid the congratulatory visit were Hon. Jerry Ahmed, Member of Parliament for Weija Gbawe; Alhaji Osman Masawud, third Vice Chairman of the NPP; and Hon. Sammy Awuku, MP for Akuapem North, Garry Nimarko, the party's lawyer along with other party leaders and supporters.
The visit provided party members an opportunity to express their support for Dr. Bawumia as he prepares to lead the NPP into the upcoming general elections, while reaffirming unity and commitment to the party’s vision.
