President Mahama assures Ghanaians of stable power supply amid fuel challenges
President John Dramani Mahama has reassured Ghanaians that the country will not experience power outages despite ongoing challenges in the energy sector.
Speaking at the 92nd Annual National Jalsa of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Mission in Ghana, President Mahama revealed that a committee established to address the fuel supply difficulties has submitted comprehensive proposals aimed at resolving the issue.
“The committee has presented far-reaching suggestions that will effectively address the fuel challenge, ensuring uninterrupted power supply for all Ghanaians,” he stated.
The President's remarks come amidst public concerns over the reliability of Ghana's energy supply.
He emphasized his administration's commitment to ensuring that homes and businesses have access to a stable power supply, which is crucial for economic growth and development.
President Mahama also lauded the Ahmadiyya Muslim Mission for its contributions to national development and urged all Ghanaians to remain united in tackling the nation’s challenges.
The 92nd Annual National Jalsa, a gathering of faith and fellowship, brought together members of the Ahmadiyya Muslim community from across the country to discuss themes of spiritual and national progress.
