AFCON 2025 qualifiers: Black Stars face Niger today

Ghana's Black Stars will take on Niger today, Monday, September 9, 2024, at the Municipal Sports Complex in Berkane, Morocco, as part of their campaign for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).
After suffering a 1-0 defeat against Angola at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium in Kumasi on Thursday, September 5, 2024, the Black Stars are eager to secure a victory over Niger.
This loss marked Ghana's first home defeat at the Baba Yara stadium in 24 years.
The Black Stars would therefore be looking to bounce back in order bolster their chances of qualifying for the tournament, which is scheduled to be held in Morocco.
