AS Saint-Etienne manager hails signing Ghanaian forward Augustine Boakye

AS Saint-Etienne manager Olivier Dall'Oglio has praised the signing of Ghanaian forward Augustine Boakye.
The talented forward joins the Ligue 1 returnees on a four-year deal from Austrian club Wolfsberger AC during the summer transfer window.
Boakye has already joined his new teammates for pre-season in France ahead of the upcoming campaign in August.
Dall'Oglio believes the 23-year-old fits the profile of the player needed to compete in the French top flight.
"Augustine is a very promising young player, capable of playing across the attack. He is a very lively left-hander, which is what we wanted to complete the squad," Dall'Oglio stated after securing Boakye's services. "He is a profile that needs to be refined and comes from a different league to ours, but he is a great prospect! He speaks English, but also French, which will make his integration easier. I welcome him."
Last season, Boakye scored 10 goals and provided seven assists in 26 games in the Austrian top-flight league with Wolfsberger AC.
