GFA postpones Ghana Football Retreat indefinitely

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has indefinitely postponed the Ghana Football Retreat.
"Following consultations with key partners and stakeholders, it became imperative to reschedule the Ghana Football Retreat to a later date to ensure the full and meaningful participation of all in this important engagement on the national teams," a statement by the GFA explained.
"A new date for the retreat will be announced in due course."
The statement concluded, "We appreciate the understanding and cooperation of all our members, partners, and stakeholders."
The Ghana Football Retreat was initially scheduled for Thursday, November 28. It became necessary after the Black Stars' grand failure at the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) qualifiers.
