Ghana miss out on 2023 U-17 Africa Cup after Burkina Faso defeat

The Ghana Under-17 team have failed to qualify for the 2023 U-17 Africa Cup on Nations.
This follows the team’s defeat at the Cape Coast Stadium in the West African Football Union (WAFU) Zone B semi-finals on Tuesday, 21 June 2022.
The Black Satellites were beaten 1-0 by the Young Stallions of Burkina missing out on the finals of the tournament.
It also means the team did not qualify for the 2023 Africa Cup.
Burkina Faso and Nigeria will play in the finals and represent the WAFU Zone B at the 2023 U-17 Africa Cup.
